Host: Kristan Tucker, Esq., is a consultant who works with organizations and corporations, as well as higher education and K-12 institutions, on matters involving sexual harassment, discrimination, interpersonal violence, stalking, sexual assault, and other forms of prohibited conduct. Kristan delivers trainings on these areas and neutrally investigates reports of these types of prohibited conduct. She works with clients to develop comprehensive policies, procedures, and trainings, which are compliant with federal and state laws. Before founding Tucker Consulting Group, Kristan worked for multiple higher education institutions in this field and taught at the collegiate level.
Kristan received her undergraduate degree from West Texas A&M University, master’s degree from University of North Texas, and her law degree from Liberty University School of Law.
