Region 1 includes entire states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia. That Portion of New York east of a north-south line extending from Clayton on the north to Binghamton on the south, both cities to be considered Region 1. That portion of Pennsylvania south and east of a northeast-southwest line extending from the northeast corner of the junction of Pennsylvania-New York to the junction of the southern Pennsylvania line with the northwestern-most boundary of Maryland. The Canadian provinces of Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island and the continent of Africa.
