This installment of the YP Connection features Miami Beach Convention Center General Manager, Matt Hollander, CFE. Prior to Miami, Matt was the General Manager of the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Mass for eight years.

Matt served as the IAVM Region 1 Director from 2009-2012 and now currently chairs the Convention Center Sector Committee and is intimately involved in the production of the sector conference ICCC which will be in Pasadena, CA this October. Matt received his CFE designation in 2009.

Today’s topics will touch on the last two issues of FM magazine, Tech and Trends and Construction as well as general questions on how the under-30 crowd can best succeed in our industry. This is particularly appropriate for Matt as he is in the middle of a close to 600 million expansion of his facility.
