The Academy for Venue Safety and Security (AVSS) is IAVM’s preeminent safety and security program!
AVSS is a dynamic, two-year school built to train venue and event managers, security professionals, and other key personnel involved in every aspect of venue safety and security. Senior Executive Symposium
The IAVM Board of Governors is partnering with Georgetown University to reimagine the Senior Executive Symposium (SES). Building on the outstanding education and networking offered by past SES events, the new SES promises to meet the educational needs of senior leaders in our industry and elevate the educational experience.

Venue Management School and Leadership Institute
Venue Management School (VMS) and the Leadership Institute (VMS-LI), are considered two of the best professional education programs available for venue managers.
