International Association of Assembly Managers Revises Mission, Vision, and Values

Coppell, TX—The International Association of Assembly Managers (IAAM) is pleased to announce the Board of Directors approved revised Mission, Vision, and Value statements for the association.

The reexamination and revision came as a result of IAAM President Steve Peters’, Mission, Membership, and Governance Initiative (MMGI).

“I am incredibly pleased with the new Mission, Vision, and Value statements for the association. I feel they will serve as a strong foundation for the future of IAAM. I would like to thank the taskforce chaired by Richard Andersen, CFE, who worked diligently and provided brilliant suggestions for consideration,” said Peters.

The new Mission, Vision, and Values appear on IAAM’s website and will begin appearing in other communications provided by the association.

IAAM Executive Director, Dexter King, CFE said “This is a noteworthy day in our 83 years of industry leadership. It is imperative that we continually evaluate our purpose and mission so that we can evolve as an association; responding effectively to industry changes in order to provide the best resources to the members we serve."

The last time that IAAM revised its Mission and Vision was in 1998. To view the new Mission, Vision, and Values click here.
