Airport Shuttle to the American Airlines Training & Conference Center
Upon your arrival in the DFW Airport, dial 817-956-1000 from your cell phone to reach an operator at the American Airlines Training & Conference Center or locate one of the NEW Visitor Information & Reservation Centers located in the Baggage Claim Area.
Using the touch screens at the center, please choose the American Airlines Training & Conference Center by following the prompts. Once on the AATCC page, press the call button on the screen. You will be prompted to pick up the telephone receiver and be connected to the Front Desk. (DO NOT use phones on the Ground Transportation or Auto Rental Boards that are adjacent.)
