sponsorship opportunities is the option to
sponsor educational sessions and classrooms.
This opportunity allows you particular
rights and benefits that could include
product integration. For example, a
ticketing supplier could showcase new
technology by creating specific education
tickets that are collected at the classroom
door. A seating company could provide chairs
for panel discussions. Room sponsorships may
also include options to provide
refreshments, signage and company materials.
Sponsorships range from $3,000 to $7,500.

& Reception
The Agency
Forum & Reception is one of the largest
educational and networking sessions
available during VenueConnect.
Year after year, venue managers attend this
event to meet entertainment providers to
fill their venues. Affiliating your company
with the Agency Forum & Reception gets your
product and services in front of a large
number of VenueConnect
attendees. And, as an entertainment or
talent agency, you’ll want to showcase your
own talent during the reception by using
live or videotaped experiences. Other
options to help you fulfill your business
goals are also available. The total cost for
exclusive sponsorship of the Agency Forum &
Reception is $20,000.

We know
