Smaller Markets & Venues Resources
IAAM has had a longtime interest in providing education customized
to the needs of public assembly facility managers of venues with
smaller capacity and/or serve secondary and tertiary markets. To add
to special sessions programmed at the IAAM Annual Conference, in
2004 IAAM began a “Virtual Seminar” series for the smaller markets
and venues audience. The goal of the series is to provide managers
and their staff with current information in core processes that can
increase your service levels and revenue.
